To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it.
The return must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return.
The item must be in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a 19% restocking fee.
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 15 days.
